RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

14-Day Return Window We want you to love your Maison Rayonne piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- Free from scratches, damage, or signs of use
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Custom or personalised orders
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at maisonrayonne@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable courier service at your own cost
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please follow the same return process and indicate your preferred exchange item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
